Very kind, courteous and respectful customer service. I called prior to visiting and spoke to courteous female. I ordered my son 4 wings and fries.
Upon arrival I spoke w employee and ordered catfish a la carte. It was highly recommended by several employees that I return to order the lake trout. I'll definitely return for it.
Pros - Close to my job, reasonable prices, personable customer service, spacious ordering area, they actually answer the phone and they take credit cards $5+.
Cons - Not in the best neighborhood, sketchy/ limited parking, fries cooked in old grease, limited side item options -

Ladies, leave your purse in the car as this is one of those spots where you call it in, go in and get it and roll out. No lingering. The area is a bit sketchy but most hole in the wall joints are normally in a seedy area.
I ordered 2 wings, the catfish and a side order of greens. The chicken was piping hot but could use a tad more seasoning. I get it, when cooking for the masses you can't overdo it on the seasoning.
The catfish, served equally hot and fresh and no additional seasoning required. It even tasted good when reheated the next day. The batter held up and wasn't mushy and it actually was well coated on the fish.
The greens were edible and paired well w/the fish. I apologize for the lack of photographic evidence but as a hungry passenger riding home I put the hurt on those wings.
Inside there are plenty of cameras, bulletproof glass and a nonsensical array of items on sale. Not much on decor but it was clean as you can only grab and go (no dine in) here.
It would be cool if they had combination orders (perhaps a fish and chicken option) to allow customers to get more variety. I hope they read this and take it for consideration. Something tells me this is one of those businesses that Yelp isn't high on their list of things to worry about.
If nearby, I'd patronize them again. -

Good chicken boxes! They served fresh hot chicke. And fries. I think the price is too steep for thwir chicken boxes but it was fullfilling. Maybe next time I'll try their subs

Excellent chicken, great Western fries. The service is efficient, the people who take the orders are always polite, and the prices are decent.

Well I just want to know what secret they keep behind the counter that requires bullet resistant glass to be installed. Could it be all the Newport cigarettes, the sugary strawberry drinks, or the pickled onions soaking in brine.
This place offers a bit of everything and also serves breakfast. During my recent trip there I admit that you may spend a minute looking at the menu deciding what you want. When I said they have everything I mean it. It ranged from Korean dishes to Philly cheese steaks to collards to bean pies.
I went with the four piece chicken wings that came with fries. While waiting everyone that was coming in was requesting these western fries which I learned are just steak fries. I was getting my hopes up in thinking that there was something special about these. I guess It was not meant to be as they did not have them that night. My food came out hot and glad to see that they just did not grab the chicken under the heating lamp. The wings were huge but I do wish there was more seasoning on it. Actually that is my fault as you can request to have various seasonings sprinkled on your food prior to them boxing up your food. I sampled some of their fish and it was seasoned much better than the fish. The only thing missing was the bread with some hot sauce. Surprisingly no bread comes with your food.
Overall the food was not bad and if in the area I would try them again. I said if I am in the area. Not something I would go out of my way for but you can tell this is a neighborhood spot that everyone comes to. I feel that some on Yelp will not try this place due to its location but nothing wrong with a little leap of faith to try something new and out your comfort zone.
